“I cannot say enough good things about Heck Plumbing, Ronnie, and his coworker (I hate that I didn't get his name, I wasn't home when they'd first arrived and introductions had already been made.
I am normally very hesitant to hire labor services outside of my already established network but Heck Plumbing is now our go-to for everything water related.
I called Tuesday around noon to inquire about their fee schedule for a slab leak and if they had the appropriate equipment to pinpoint it's exact location. They did, and were at my home in under 20 hours. They were scheduled for 10am but called me at 8am to say they were ahead of schedule and could be here in 15 minutes. By 10:30 am they had located the exact location of the leak, and I mean EXACT, dug a hole in a bedroom floor less than 12" in diameter (I was expecting a much larger disturbance), left ZERO dust anywhere in this room, had fixed the busted part of the pipe and poured new concrete.
I am just so impressed with the service provided by Heck Plumbing, I hope they remain in business for many decades to come. Thanks for everything!“
