Originally had them come out to install a toilet in my 100 year old home. They called when they were on their way and arrived on time. They provided reasonable pricing and completed the job in a timely manner.
About a week later we had them recommend a new tankless hot water heater. They again called before coming over. They arrived on time and did great work. Very happy with their service.
I cannot say enough good things about Heck Plumbing, Ronnie, and his coworker (I hate that I didn't get his name, I wasn't home when they'd first arrived and introductions had already been made.

I called Tuesday around noon to inquire about their fee schedule for a slab leak and if they had the appropriate equipment to pinpoint it's exact location. They did an outstanding job of replacing a toilet and hot water heater in our house. They showed up when they were scheduled and did the work in a timely and professional manner. Cleaned up when they were finished.
