Very informative, amazing can pull all the strings to find out anything you need on a house. If he can't he knows someone who can. He has everyone lined up for you about loans as well. He's definitely on the ball!
Dave is hands-down, the best realtor my husband and I have ever worked with… Having bought several houses in the past, I thought I knew to expect from a good realtor but Dave has far exceeded our expectations. He is truly dedicated to helping his clients find the best house for them.
