Dave is fantastic!! He’s not just a realtor, he becomes friends.. or even better, family. You call him possibly stressed about the home buying.. and he will have you laughing and take the load off within minutes. We are still in the closing process at the moment, but I can say we didn’t make it easy on him. We were very particular in what we wanted.. and if we said no, he went above and beyond to find better. He made time for us when he had a busy day! And the big boy even pushed back his dinner!! 😂❤️ He is super knowledgeable about the ins and outs of a house.. you may think you want a house but he will show you, “hey keep in mind, you see (blah blah) the floor is lifting here and would need to be replaced soon” or anything else to make sure you don’t buy a bad home. Like he says.. he’s got you in bubble wrap to make sure you buy the best home for your family.
