She is very friendly and knowledgeable! I liked that she explained the pros and cons of different procedures which helped me make the best decision for my hair. I ended up here after I had made an appointment at another salon in Richmond Hill , showed up on time, and after 30 minutes I was still waiting. Why let people make appointments if you have no regard for their time ?! I called Emy's and she said she could do my dip manicure right away.
