We have a service plan with Gerralds and have been very pleased with the service and follow up. In particular, our technician today, Andy was incredible. He was courteous, thorough, and proactive. Highly recommend Gerralds for you HVAC needs.

These guys were absolutely amazing! Called first thing Monday morning and they were here by the afternoon! Fixed everything super quickly and explained what they were doing along the way! The two gentlemen that they sent were fantastic!! We are going to start using them for our yearly maintenance now. Could not recommend them enough!!

Outstanding service, late afternoon call for service and at my home an hour later. Fair price and fast diagnosis and repair. Tech’s professional and wore shoe covers in the house! Would recommend friends and neighbors.
