These people are crooks and scam artists. I called ahead and asked if they accepted our insurance and were in network. They said yes they did. My insurance gives each of my family members and myself two free cleanings, a year and free x-rays once a year. we all went in and had x-rays and cleanings. We were billed $900 and now they're sending us to collections. I'm not paying the scumbags one red scent. Somebody needs to shut them down. I am filing a formal complaint with the insurance commissioners office.

I had hopes for a great experience. The new dentist is phenomenal. However, I have been trying to have an overpayment refunded since November and no one answers or there is an excuse. I have double checked and the insurance claim was filed and completed. Interestingly enough the bills show that they charge the insurance company as well as myself if a bill is paid late. They can expect to pay interest to me. Next stop is the Georgia Board of Dentistry. They have well over 3,000 of my personal funds that they have refused to return "because the claim isn't processed" well, it is and I have proof!

It's unfortunate that all they care about is the money. We have great dental coverage insurance, but they messed up our bill. We had no idea that the claim was not covered by insurance. They called almost 2 years later and accused us of not paying. The office personnel were rude and terrible to work with on solving the matter and threatened collections over a late fee that they added because they messed up! I highly suggest you do not go to this dentist. If there are ANY issues with insurance, they'll simply bill you and don't want to work with your insurance provider.
