I came on the final day to file my income tax last year to hopefully file my income tax on time. They had no idea if it was ready or not. I had to insist that they get it ready to file. Very unprofessional, Avoid.

Held tax paperwork for OVER 3 months and literally did NOTHING despite continued communication and check ins from my husband and I. Now, because of them, we have missed deadlines and reimbursements. Wish I could give zero stars.

Mary Jane and her parents were a wonderful help to me and my husband this tax season. We spent less money getting our taxes done here versus at H&R Block. Always go local, better service at a better price! :-)
