As stressful as a Root Canal can be the environment and staff was way beyond helpful and professional. First I had met was Ms. Marianna who was cheerful and helpful with any information I might have had. I was turned over the the Dental Assistant Ms. Marlashia who was very professional and polite. Ms. Malashia made sure I was comfortable and answered all my concerns I might have had. Dr. Michael Ferreira was by far the best experience I have had at any dentistry. Walked way with no pain "first time ever" After the procedure I was introduce to Ms. Carol who was the Check-out Patient Coordinator. The staff here has been incredibly friendly. When I stepped in to the office the people work at the front desk were welcoming. Mariana Helped with the check in, she was helpful with the check in process. Alexia took over after and assisted my root Canal procedure with DR Micheal Ferreira. Alexia was responsive and Alert during the whole process and kept on checking and making sure I didn't have any discomfort. Thank you Alexia. Dr Micheal answered all my questions and made sure I'm educated with my whole procedure. Stacie was helpful with the check out. Thank you everyone .This place is highly recommended.
