My son-in-law, Irving Hernandez dba H & D Services, LLC, performed painting contractor services for Chris Kwangwari dba Total Services Restoration, LLC, but was never paid the $1600 charge for this job. Iriving Hernandez ultimately obtained a judgment in the amount of $1877 ($1600 + $277 court costs Paulding County Civil Action #20-1006) owed him for a painting contract job at 5445 Bridle Point Parkway, Snellville, GA (Nov. 22-27, 2019), but Chris Kwangwari and Total Services Restoration, LLC has still never paid him a dime. If you do any work for either Chris Kwangwari or Total Services Restoration, I suggest that you get either payment in advance or a substantial upfront deposit.
This company was hired to complete work in my home ( insurance claim sewage back up.)The owner of Total Restoration Chrisauthorized work in my home after talking to the insurance company! They took the job and did more damage. The owner did thousands of dollars worth of damage in my customize master bedroom, shower, double vanity clothes, garage etc. On top of that had a pod delivered to my home took my cabinets off our walls took a lot of valuable things, he fill the pod from my home and took the pod I have yet to get my things back valued at thousands of dollars nor have he offer to repair the damages that he authorized and him and his team did to me and my family home....read full review
Beware of using this company. The owner Chris did not work with integrity. There were a lot of things he did wrong, but my biggest problem is he knocked a wall down in my home and removed the main support that keeps my house structural properly and he did not add a beam for support meaning if a tree falls on my home that entire area could possibly collapse. It’s already cracking in the area where there should be beam. My floors are cracking and separating as well. It’s so dangerous and inconsiderate considering that I have a 2 year old son that lives in my home and he didn’t think twice about that. He was only concerned with milking me for money for incomplete work. I highly recommend not using this company unless you want a janky job done.Service: Remodeling
