The best experience times two! Emperial Hardwood Floors installed hardwood floors twice for us. The customer service is second to none, detailed oriented and listens to what the client wants. If you’re looking to get flooring, this is your answer! I would have given more stars if I could have!

I have hired Emperial Hardwood Floors on 4 separate jobs to install new hardwood floors, refinish existing stain, and install balusters and rails.Ricky, the company owner, and all of his employees arrive on time, provide excellent customer service, have the best prices I have found and the work is excellent quality.They are also fast workers and left the house with no trace of dust or debris from the job.I trust Ricky and his team completely and will be having them put hardwood floors in my entire upstairs soon. Ricky and team did a wonderful job on my flooring and I highly recommend them! From the quote to install, everything was super professional. My main concern was matching my existing flooring and they delivered - can’t tell a difference at all. The quality of their work far surpassed my expectations!
