A great experience. They called back quickly, scheduled the appointment for the next day, and showed up on time. The service tech was through, fixed our problem, and even found another problem that we didn't know we had. I will use them again, and would highly recommend Dickerson Heating & Air.
Alex and Max came out to troubleshoot two units, found the issues and got us running again in short order. They were focused on fixing the units instead of selling us something we didn't need yet.
Much appreciated. Dickerson Heating & Air will get a call next time we need service.
I came home from work around 5pm to a scorching hot home and an A/C blowing warm air. I googled hvac services near me and Dickerson was highly rated. So I gave them a call right before their office closed and they were able to schedule me a visit in 36 hours, which is pretty good considering some of the other companies weren't available for 3+ days. I'm a relatively competent DIYer so I was able to get my A/C back up and running soon after the call. But I still wanted Dickerson to come by and check out my work and the whole system to make sure there were no other issues.
