From start to finish, the experience was professional, calm, and caring. The staff was so patient and gentle with him, and it really showed —Bentley came out looking fantastic and happy. His coat was perfectly groomed, and he clearly felt comfortable the whole time. I truly appreciate the attention to detail and love they showed my dog.
