I paid extra to maintain manufacturer pleating. However, the manufacturer pleating was replaced with one crease. Allowed for redo but they just added another random crease. Management in Garden City was contacted and informed that I was not satisfied with work performed. Requested refund of additional charge for pleating but refund was refused. Unfortunately, this business does not stand behind their work. If you have a favorite piece of clothing, take it elsewhere.

I moved to this dry cleaner for convenience. At first, things were okay. I typically ask that items are pressed flat,so as not to crease jeans or shorts that did not come with a permanent crease. I think they messed up that request once. No big deal. I picked up a shirt a few weeks ago that was purchased white and is now pink. The first time I brought it the young lady's attention even she said , yeah it's pink. She sId she would tall with the manager. Run as fast as you can AWAY from this place!! The manager lacks skills in communication and customer care. All they want is to take your money and run. When charging a premium price for a dress ($50+ cleaning) you expect to get quality care. Not here! My bridesmaid dress came back with buttons lost and broken and not even an apology from manager. She did not try to make the situation right. She actually had audacity to tell me if I found specialty buttons she would not charge me $2.5 to sew back on acting as if she’s doing me a favor for something she broke and lost.
