I purchased a leather skirt unsure of cleaning instructions, drop it off to Steamline and the following day Ms. Cathy called me personally from her cellphone to inform me of the risk due to the type of material. I thought it was very kind of her to notify me before making any decisions. What was so great about it instead of trying to get over on making money she advised me on what to do to get the wrinkles out!! She was very patient and helpful. Honestly it made my day bc customer service is not the same.
I want to thank Kathy for her care and concern when it came to a delicate piece of clothing. She informed me in a timely manner about the status of the clothing and I hope to thank her in person when I pick it and my pants up. Thanks so much!
