We recently purchased a home through Rawls Realty with the assistance of real estate agent Toria Wallace. She is an amazing agent. She is professional, well spoken, friendly, kind and worked hard to find the perfect fit for us. She was able to negotiate a lower price and seller was able to get the seller to pay for closing costs. We will definitely be referring her to anyone that needs an agent.
