Our house was built by Mungo Homes. We've been in it for a year now. We've found issues all throughout, and they have pretty much fixed them. Some things are no longer covered under the warranty or were never covered, so it's up to us to fix them. Nothing major with the house at the moment, but there is some soil erosion from all the rain and two hurricanes we've had in the area. We have a pond behind us in our subdivision, and our property, as well as all the houses here, goes into the pond. That is where the erosion is happening.

I would be wary of buying from Mungo. They definitely cut corners... and go with the cheapest options. We wouldve paid more to have higher quality options but they refused. Now we have a house with too small of an a/c system for our house(so it wont get any lower then 77 during the summer). Their warranty will refuse to cover a/c issues if it can get it to 78 degrees. So if you like your house any cooler then that Id definitely be cautious.Also, I noticed another reviewer with the exact same problem but we also have water intrusion in our backdoor.
