I got it into them and turns out my GPU is what gave in, they had parts ordered and everything done in less than a week and they were awesome in communicating the different options. Even after the PC was out of the shop I had issues with it (the issues were MY fault because I didn't know all of the settings) and they were both super patient and helpful through the whole ordeal. I live 14 hours away and have already decided that if anything happens to my PC now I'd rather ship it to them than trust anyone else with it. They take good care of their customers and it seems like they actually enjoy what they're doing.“
