Incredibly polite, professional and knowledgeable! Very fair pricing! I had a client who got locked out of his computer and was unable to reset it. Same day service, 5-10 minutes and Gigabits had the lock off the computer!!! They also offer many services for computer/website/network for small businesses in Pooler! Definitely recommend and will use again when I need computer work!
I have called and talked to well over 5 businesses for computer repair service and out of them all this has been the most beneficial professional all around best experiences with calling asking and getting info on everything wrong the understanding and patience of the staff to the pricing and everything in between I wouldn’t recommend any other place for a good while and I’m from Florida
Have been there twice and both times has received excellent service. The staff is very nice and try to adjust well to what I needed, they even called to make sure the fan I needed matched the aesthetic I was going for. The second time I went there was for a technical issue and they solved it for me free of charge and after they were done they even helped me carry my pc back to my car.
