L.B, you hired us to install a fence for you. You went against the contract that you signed. The crew showed up to install your fence with ALL the materials needed. Your yard was too wet due to too much rain we had recently gotten, so we had to wait before we could drive into your yard with our work equipment because you made the statement that if we left a rut in your yard you would have to "go after us". Before we were even able to start the job you were already threatening us. When the yard dried up we showed back up to finish the job. Upon arrival, you were hostile and aggressive. We continued to install the fence. We get 75 percent of the fence installed i asked your wife myself if everything looked good and she told me yes it looked great.....and then you wanted to breach contract. Then you wanted to go against the agreement that we had with you via the contract and you were unbearable to work for. Because of your hostile attitude we demanded full payment up front before we would move further. You didn't want to do that so we DECLINED to do business with you and we left all the material with you. You did not pay us one dime for all the labor that we did. And you wanted to take us to court because of it? Well after all the pictures and recordings and the contract being shown to the judge, the judge ruled in our favor. It was proven in court that you were trying get over on us. You are a crook. Your a POS. We have been doing fences for a long time, and you are the only customer to ever act like this. Judge ruled your a POS. Get over it.
