She is attentive and makes sure my girls are always taken care of and that I have all of my questions answered. Dr. Johansen is an EXCEPTIONAL vet who took my concerns seriously and helped my dogs through very difficult illnesses and scary moments, and helped us through the unexpected loss of another animal. This is such a dynamic duo and you cannot go wrong with coming to see them!“

“We were nervous to leave our cats because they have never been boarded before and one is prone to stress induced UTI's. Thankfully, they did great at Happy Cat. Clementine adjusted quickly while Tommy stayed hidden during the day but felt comfortable enough to roam around the room at night. We loved checking in on them via the WebCam and were thrilled with the daily emailed report with pictures!! Happy Cat Hotel in Johns Creek is an amazing facility with an awesome staff!!“

“Went for the first time this past week with my pup, Ari. The check in staff were super friendly and inviting. Dr. Bishop was awesome and just kept it straight without feeling like I was being "sold" something. I also like the fact that the appointment starts and ends with the vet instead of telling a vet tech everything and then retelling the vet the same exact thing when they come into the room. Dr. Bishop was super patient with my timid pup which is always appreciated. Will be back with Ari's sister later in the year when it's time!“

“We recently had to put our elderly cat Annabelle down at Holcomb Bridge Animal Hospital. Everyone from the receptionist, to the vet techs and especially Dr.Elizabeth Medved made the worst day so much easier for us. Our whole family came to be with Annabelle as she passed. Dr.Medved and Troy our Vet Tech explained everything in detail about what they would do and what we could expect. Dr.Medved was so sensitive and kind while all of us. I’m sure Dr. Medved performs euthanasias all the time but she treated Annabelle and our family with such care and respect that it didn’t feel routine at all.<br>I can’t say enough about this animal hospital. I never feel like I’m being sold treatments. They always give quotes even if you don’t ask. And they always give options. We have never had a bad experience here.“

Dr. Jodi Nichols was wonderful during our appointment: very thorough and did a great job with making my skittish older rescue girl feel at ease. “After having some issues with our previous veterinarians office, we decided to go to Lanier Animal Hospital and give it a try. The place is so welcoming. The staff is amazing. The doctors are so kind. They don't rush you and they answer all of your questions and come up with the plan of action to help our dog. If you're looking for a new vet, someone who really listens and cares about your pets I would highly recommend this place. I've never been in a vets office where they actually offer you a drink and make sure that you're comfortable. They even brought my dog a bowl of water when he was thirsty . This place is amazing.“

I contacted Pet Preferred Diagnostics (PPD) because my dog wasn’t loving his food, he would sneeze often, and would lick his paws so much that my floors would be soaked in a small puddle. My friend suggested that he might have some allergies and referred me to PPD. I gave them a call, and Dr. Khris was incredibly helpful and explained what the causes might be. He also discussed how they could test for a wide variety of different allergens, and the solutions to help my dog, Mickey, feel better. They are the first one who didn't immediately want to sedate my cat before examining her. She is not aggressive. She is scared at the vet and attempts to make herself appear ferocious. They understand and have provided wonderful care for my cat and my mother's dog. I can't recommend them highly enough.“

“I'd like to update my review because Tiger Tails did not feel right in allowing me to feel blindsided on some things or to walk away feeling discomfort with any of the pricing that popped up. I truly appreciate the thorough explanation by a staff member or leadership (not sure who actually called my apologies) but I felt a lot better about the charges after understanding what exactly they were for and also having a bit of it returned to me since I didn't approve some of the boosters. They listened, acknowledged, and were apologetic explaining they did not want to lose us as patients and I truly appreciate that as not a lot of vets or companies would care.
