I have a few rental properties and every time I have any water/fire damage I call one Stop restoration. Omer and Nave are on my speed dial. They always answer my calls and it always feels like I'm their top priority no matter what they have going on. More importantly they never fail. They always fix whatever issue I have as fast as possible and make sure everything is up and running quickly. Super professional, very reasonable and work with my insurance.
*** Updated Review *** Initially, we were unhappy with the unsafe mold removal practices in our home. However, Neier from One Stop Restoration visited today, took full responsibility for his workers' lack of adherence to industry guidelines, and apologized profusely. He offered to leave equipment to eradicate spores in the entire house, oversee future work personally (or someone of his level), and send a third party to test the air for mold to ensure full abatement has been achieved. One Stop did a great job in taking care of the water damage in my home. They were prompt when I called and worked with me to have everything in my master suite dried out and repaired. They also did a great job following up with the Insurance company to get everything approved. Would recommend.
