He then walked me around my home showing me the areas that had rotten wood where water had leaked from my old roof. He explained what he would do to correctly prevent those problems from occurring with his new roof installation.***** showed me the latest manufacturers specifications and materials for new roof installations. He cut out the technical jargon in favor of language that even the non-technical person can understand. Despite my gripes about the problems he found, his attitude remained friendly and empathetic. He told me that he would treat my roof repair as he would his home.Throughout the roof replacement process, ***** supplied photographs of how the roof repair was progressing. He also, showed me how old and ineffective gutters led to my garage roof rotting. His excellent customer service, knowledge of ********************** installation, and understanding of the most current materials and how manufacturers wanted them installed, sold me that his company was my best option to repair my roof. “I called Cranor Roofing after a hail storm in March of 2023. Ben Cranor reached out to me the same day and scheduled a visit for the following day. He brought several samples and walked us through what would be the best color to install in order to make the house look even better. He recommended we use Owen Corning Duration shingles and go with Williamsburg Grey.Once that was done, the shingles and the material were delivered the day before neatly stacked. The following day his crew and him were at our place at 7:30AM. His crew took meticulous care of our yard before starting. They stared around 8:30AM and were done before 7:00PM. NOT A SINGLE NAIL LEFT BEHIND! And, many code upgrades and changes to ensure rain water is moved away from the corners of the house. Thank you Ben and crew.The following week, his gutter folks showed up and installed our new gutters and downspouts -- upgrade to a 6" gutters. “Our roof had an area with several issues last October and Luis came out and promptly diagnosed the issues. He was very professional and informative, explaining each area of concern and taking pictures along the way.When it came time for repairs, I thought Modern Roofing & Restoration's pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the quality of work that was done.Recently, with the larger storms, we had a small leak pop back up. Luis came out immediately to see what was going on. He performed a water test, free of charge (since we already had work done near the area), to find the issue. We spent over an hour watering the area to the find the leak. Long story short, a few older shingles a couple feet from the roof valley needed some caulking! Luis only charged us for caulk repairs and I could not be more satisfied with his service. “Martinez Custom paint recently painted the walls and trim of interior of the lower floor in our house and did a fantastic job at a great price. They are meticulous in their work. This company was highly recommended by friends who used them to paint their house. We had talked to several other companies and reviewed additional painting companies on Google, but decided to use Mr. Martinez after seeing the work he did at our friend's house.
