This dry cleaner lost my boyfriends shirt and has refused to take responsibility. When I brought it to the owners attention he looked up what I dropped off, which was 5 items, and I explained I only picked up 4. He looked up my number and saw that that was my first time coming there and turned and said that I was lying and basically trying to get money out of them. When I explained my boyfriend has been coming to them for years and I just moved to the area, he still continued to call me a liar/ scammer. I have been coming here for over a year to get my shirts cleaned. At first they started at $1.25 per shirt and went up to $1.75. I understand that costs go up so no problem. Now they have started charging me $4.50 per shirt. No warning just a huge bill when picking up.Very bad business practices. Do not try to tell me that a shirt when you used to charge me $1.75 is now $4.50. At least give me a warning when I drop the shirts off!I would avoid this dry cleaner altogether! Be warned!!!!!!
