One of their rude sales reps IGNORED my "no soliciting" sign, wouldn't listen when I asked him to leave my property, and then - I had to get my husband to chase him off of our property because he wouldn't leave. He also damaged our grass and yard signs. I tried calling but no one would transfer me to anyone outside of the call center since I had an issue and didn't want to buy anything! DISGRACEFUL.
Got rid of my ant problem and always friendly service. They also got all the spider webs from around the house. The price for service is good as well. You get what you pay for. They go above and beyond.
I see a lot of negative reviews but our experience wasn't bad. Eric came and did our service which was an easy process and we had been needing pest control after not being able to get in touch with northwest. I like that the products don't use harsh chemicals with two little dogs and a baby.
