I arrived with no appointment required. Completed all my information required electronically. Saw the doctor and received a prescription for medicine. I was complete within 30 minutes.
I am a new patient and the check-in experience was great, not much paperwork to complete. In fact, I simply scanned the QR code and entered all information on my phone, including taking pictures of my insurance card.
The wait was not very long, and Dr. Patel was very thorough and had very detailed instructions for me and my husband.
Ive been to various Urgent Care facilities and this is the best one so far.
My experience was truly outstanding. I thoroughly appreciated my time with Dr. Patel and the entire process. It was a last-minute appointment since my daughters needed sports physicals for school, and it came after a long day at work. Nevertheless, the entire team was warm and considerate, and it was evident that Dr. Patel is passionate about his work. He did a fantastic job giving my girls an encouraging pep talk from both a medical and parental perspective, which resonated with me since he also has daughters. It was genuinely delightful.
