I visited SkinCare at 5th Ave primarily for an Ultherapy consultation, but I was also in search of a dermatologist for a possible rosacea diagnosis. How fortunate I was to meet Rebecca! She not only confirmed the rosacea but also conducted a skin cancer screening. During the screening, she discovered that the "mole" on my upper lip was actually Basal Cell Carcinoma. As someone with brown skin, I’ve had other dermatologists miss this diagnosis in the past, so I’m incredibly grateful to Rebecca for her thoroughness and expertise.
I have going to the dermatologist to take care of my skin for the past 25 years. My primary concern was aging and Botox. I was one of the first to use Botox for migraine. I have been going to the Skin Care Center at 5th Av for 2 Years. I get Botox from Dr Joe and facials from the estheticians. Botox has saved me from wretched migraines. The facials help to make me look and feel youthful. No one ever can guess my age!! The Doctor and staff are great! (And I don’t trust just anyone!) Don’t forget to ask about the monthly specials! I have been introduced to new treatments through the specials.
