I am from Germany and visited Peachtree City for a few days. I got tensions in my back and neck from the long flight and from working (always sitting), so I decided to drive to every Spa in the city and ask for spontaneous walk in appointments.
At Serenity Balance I just had to wait 5 minutes and got a 90-minute massage which was the best massage in my life! It felt so good, it was the perfect pressure and technique, started with walking on my back and I heared it crackin' which felt so nice and good. I have been a client of Serenity for 20 years . Kristi is an awesome master cosmetologist. She always listens to my requests and delivers exactly what I am trying to achieve. She is also very personable and professional. I always have a great experience at Serenity!
The massage was decent... but when I first arrived, and asked how long I would like my massage. I replied with "1 hour please", and the lady I was talking to seemed very flustered, and asked me a few times for 90 minutes instead, and I repeated "only 1 hr please" at least 4-5 times. She finally took me back to the room, asked me to get ready. The massage was actually decent, tho she burned me once in my back with the hot stone and I can still see it the next day!! After the massage, when I got into my car, I realized she shorted me at least 10-12minutes.
