My experience with the company was great from Ralph Smith to the 2 service technician men. Ralph provided excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable of the company. The Technician was very friendly and also knowledgeable of their business. They left property in great cleaning condition. They completed the work in about 5 hours.
My review of Sears Home Improvement worker/agent Ralph Smith and assistant, Randy, including the HVAC installers Ivan Rosser and his co-worker assistant is excellent. They all do great quality and timely work. They all proved to be experts in their field of work, very knowledgeable and friendly.
