“I want to share our experience with Ryan because I think everyone needs someone like him to support and guide to improve our relationship with our dogs. Zuko it’s our Bullterrier, a guy with a lot of energy, such a beautiful personality and also… he’s a reactive dog, this means that he’s not able to control himself with people or other dogs around because he wants to play and run and have fun, but not everyone knows that, and if you see a Bullterrier barking at you so loud and you don’t know him … you will get a little bit afraid. So, after trying a lot of things with Zuko to improve he’s behavior, we didn’t had success so we decided to look for professional help and we found Ryan. We explained to Ryan our situation and he came with us to talk about the program and to meet Zuko, just knowing him we knew that he was a professional, since day 1 we saw a change in Zuko behaviors. During the training Ryan was very clear with the explanation of the training and very patient with Zuko and us, the tools provided during the training was VERY helpful. We finished the training a month ago and we see a Zuko with a very improve behavior, he’s doing great somedays, and some others it’s not that easy, but we need to understand that it’s a process and that we need to keep working with our dogs.
