We’ve had two sessions with Lynne now and I honestly can’t recommend her enough. Our puppy Lulu had been really challenging – lots of biting, constant yapping, pulling on the lead and generally creating chaos in our home with young children. Lynne came in with such a calm, knowledgeable and non-judgemental approach. In just two sessions, we’ve seen real improvements. The biting has reduced massively, Lulu is walking so much better on the lead, and her overall behaviour has become more manageable. Lynne also gave brilliant advice on food, puppy psychology, and how to create a more settled environment – all based on positive reinforcement and understanding. What stood out most is how much Lynne genuinely cares. She didn’t just offer quick fixes; she took time to understand our situation and made us feel supported, not overwhelmed. I ave got a Labrador who developed reactivity whilst on walks with other dogs and atmospheric barking. This made walking her very stressful for us. We already had a trainer, but I felt I wasn’t getting anywhere or taking any steps forward. If anything it was getting worse. Something had to change. I contacted Lynne following a recommendation from a friend who has been to see her. Lynne was immediately reassuring even before we met, giving me confidence we could sort it out. We had our first session which was a revelation, Lynne took a lot of time to explain the dog psychology involved and how it mixed with human psychology. We then spent some time putting our new learning into practise. Even this first session showed an improvement. We then worked hard on our plan that Lynne gave us over the following weeks, we then went back to Lynne for a follow up session. We have now moved onto recall training 1 to 1. I cannot recommend Lynne enough, she saved me and my pup from desperation. Lynne is kind, understanding and gets results. Everything is clearly explained and when you leave her care you have confidence in what you need to do, and Lynne is always available to help or just chat through any issues. My pup and I now work as one, I understand her a lot more and we have very clear boundaries. We worked hard and Lynne gave me the tools to make it happen. You won’t regret working with Lynne, she is an excellent trainer.
Outstanding training and ongoing support from Lynne with our two new Romanian Rescues. Lynne provides superb videos and written support as well as brilliant hands on training. We've had two sessions now and will be booking a third. Lynne is comprehensive in her coverage and understanding of the needs of both the dogs and us!! Can't recommend her highly enough.
