This was my first time here, and unfortunately my last. Needed very long curtains to simply be hemmed. Dropped off and was nicely told to be picked up in one week. Made the marks of where I needed it hemmed. Came back, picked up and paid $48. Upon hanging the curtains, figured out nothing was actually done to them. Brought them back the same day, and was told by Kim herself sorry for the confusion and that they’d be ready in another week. I personally, went into the shop and showed her where exactly it needed to be hemmed and measured to confirm. I picked them up today, they are too short, damaged and the hem job is very bad. They are very good at getting stains out. My cashmere coat had a place on it and they were able to clean it perfectly. This is now the only cleaning service I use for pressing and dry cleaning. Much better than the cleaners near Target. They couldn't get a stain out of blue jeans or one of my husband's dress shirts. Don't know the name of the company, it just says dry cleaners on the building. Don't waste your money there. Kim's is so much better.

Awesome! Great customer service and convenient with a drive thru window! They also cleaned my cap and it was disgustingly dirty because I couldn’t find anyone else to clean it locally but now we have our go to cleaner! Highly recommend!
