I must say, I enjoyed my workout at HOTWORX Peachtree City, GA. Not only was it a very unique experience but having Milly there to guide me from beginning to end was the icing on the cake. She’s a very sweet person and I would recommend this location to anyone looking to do sauna workout classes.
I can’t say enough good things about hotworx. I absolutely love it. The staff is incredibly friendly and the place is always so clean. My favorite hiit workouts are hot cycle & hot blast. Hot thunder is okay just don’t burn as many calories as hot cycle & hot blast. For the isometric workouts my favorites are hot pilates & hot warrior. Definitely plan on being a member for life. Highly recommend if you’re trying to shed a few lbs. Be prepared to sweat lol
