I had not been to the Dentist in over 10 years and was very anxious and scared to go back. Oral health is so important for longevity, so I knew I had to face my fear. La'Kecia Howard cleaned my teeth and made me feel comfortable while doing an excellent job. Dr. Alyssa then checked in with me and sent me on my way. Professional, efficient, and kind. 10/10 would recommend.
Flat Creek Family Dentistry is very professional and they truly care about their patients. As i child, I have horror stories from the old time dentist that didn’t have the technology of today. This dentist office is right on the cutting edge of technology and they know what they are doing. And, they give out a complimentary chapstick that is amazing. During the Covid, they haven’t had it. I am so looking forward to not only have clean healthy teeth and mouth..lol..but I won’t have these chapped lips anymore when they get it back. 😃😚
I have received routine dental care at least twice a year for 50 years. I can say that in my experience this practice is the most thorough, patient and gentle of them all. No up sales or pressure for additional services or procedures. They are prompt, clean, provide relaxed atmosphere and extremely courteous. My Wife and I actually look forward to our appointments. I just received my very first crown I’m proud to say, the least traumatic procedure I have ever had. I recommend them hands down, especially Dr. Kim Burk. Plus they are part of the Delta Air Lines dental 🦷 plan.
