I had a wonderful experience with Fitzgerald Plumbing! I did not have an emergency with my tankless water heater so I told them there was absolutely no rush to come service the unit. They had a few emergency’s throughout the week but they kept in contact with me to inform me of the situation and that they did not forget about me.
The two gentlemen came to service my tankless water heater and they were on time and very knowledgeable!! They didn’t try to upsell me new products or do maintenance that was not needed. They fixed the problem and were very knowledgeable. Definitely worth the wait and will be using them again for my future plumbing needs.
Had a toilet installed for my elderly mother. The tech paid attention to issues with floor that I feel other plumbers would have ignored. I would recommend and plan to use them as my go to plumber!
Called on a Sunday evening at 7 pm. for a break at the valve that supplies water to my house. At 7: 15, Travis responded and said he was on another call and would head my way. He arrived earlier than he said (8:30 pm.). He was very professional, began the repair and completed the work in the stated time. He truly gave great customer service. The final bill given the rising costs of everything we purchase these days was very fair for a emergency service! Would not hesitate to call Fitzgerald & Sons again for any plumbing needs I might have!!!
