They were on time,did a great job. My carpet is really old and it looks good. As with everything else these days,when you go to pay,they have a tip section. Not sure how I feel about.

I just wanted to thank the Chem dry team for there wonderful customer service. We had our couch and love seat cleaned. The team was so attentive to our satisfaction they came back and took care of some other areas we were concerned with. Wonderful cummincation and friendly staff. Well done Chem Dry!

We are happy with the results! Our carpets look brand new and refreshed. The clean lines are crisp and beautiful to see, plus the drying time was in a few hours rather than days. Definitely recommend!
