Absolutely horrible experience. Staff was highly disorganized and refused to contact me throughout the entire process, but rather asked another of their clients to relay messages to me. I gave them my contact information repeatedly, yet when asked why they wouldn't contact me, "my contact information is not in their system." When filing this year's taxes, I found out that every filing the firm did for me was rejected by the IRS because they were filed incorrectly. I'm now facing late penalties and have a complete mess on my hands because of their lack of attention to detail & disorganization within their company.
