I have been coming here for at least 5 years now. Nothing against the several bad reviews posted, but I've never had a problem. I bring at least 8 items every time and receive all in return. Nothing has ever been lost. In the past, I've had items lost or received lack of quality cleaning from 2 other businesses HERE. I must admit, the prices are expensive. Maybe if I had an issue in the past, I would be able to post something in relation to how this company handles customer complaints. They were able to get stains out of a silk dress and rust or age stains out of a linen coat that I've had for years! The turn around was really quick as well. They're conveniently located next to Kroger. The staff was really nice to me and answered any questions I had.

Absolutely do NOT use this dry cleaner! Here's what will happen: The linings in your blazers, pants and skirts will be hanging below the hem and out the sleeves. Your whites will be returned to you as off-white. The instructions you leave with the clerk will not be followed. The men's shirts will look like they just came out of the dryer. Buttons on your coats and blazers will either be scratched/damaged or missing altogether. Your duvet will be returned 3 shades lighter. (And this was all in only 2 trips!)
