Less than a week before my granddaughter's wedding, the venue hosting the event caught fire and was completely destroyed. Her wedding dress was in the building. After the fire was extinguished they were able to retrieve the dress. It was entrenched with smoke and covered with soot. I don't know how but Jay and the folks at Al's Cleaners were able to clean it and get the smoke smell out in time for the wedding. The dress was completely restored.Truly, unbelievable service. I would highly recommend this dry cleaner for their superb service and attention to detail. After moving from Washington state one year ago, I was hoping to find a dry cleaner just as good as the one I previously had, which I did. I mistakenly went to pick up my dress for a performance after closing hours. I messaged AJ through the Facebook business page and his employee met me in order to be able to have my dress for the show! Definitely a business that cares about customers!
