25 Oak Hill Blvd, Newnan“I’ve been taking my fur babies to Crossroads for a few years now. They’ve always been there for us and taken care of my babies. There never has been a bad experience, always kind, professional and caring. Even when I’ve lost one of my babies as I have recently, just understanding and kind. Dr Bowen is whom I’ve used mostly, he even sits in the floor with the pups and talks to them. You can tell he loves animals and is in the right profession. The whole staff is amazing.“

343 Senoia Rd, Peachtree City“We dropped our cats off for an annual exam with Dr. Flanders. I was a bit skeptical that they were still curbside only, but with how fast our cats were in and out, I was relieved. Vet visits tend to be a chore with our cats, but this visit went great! We will be back again.“
“Only the best for our horses The support we get from this veteran is top notch. They are quick to respond if we ever have any issues with our horses. They are always polite and concerned when we call. Dr. Libby is the best. She has been great taking care of our horses“

I’m grateful to have such an amazing place for my sweet girl and I can’t express my gratitude in words for the support and care they gave us when we had to say goodbye to my sweet boy that had been with us for 13 years. The staff and doctor is the best!“

Dr and staff extremely friendly. Quickly determined heart failure and fluid in her lungs. Gave her a sedative to ease her transition while keeping her comfortable . Dr eased my pain by assuring me that i was a loving pet owner by not allowing her to continuing to suffer at home during her transition. I would recommend this dr and staff to anyone as they treated me and my kitty as if we had always been their patient. I will always be forever grateful.“

225 Bullsboro Dr, Newnan“It’s taken me awhile to write this review. My precious beagle Reba died almost 7 months ago. But thanks to Dr. Shannon we got way more time with her than we would have. Background: Many years ago (7+), we’d been taking Reba to a different Newnan vet. As a Beagle, she had lots of growths (any of which might have been cancerous). However, the original vet’s extremely high estimate for surgery put it way out of reach for us. Due to overall high vet costs, we switched years ago to CAH. The original vet’s surgery estimate was so high, we didn’t even bother to ask Dr. Shannon for quite some time (thinking “even a bit lower would still be too much”). But when we finally asked, his costs were WAY lower, and obtainable. He is not only reasonably priced, but goes above & beyond. That first surgery, he went in for one growth, but he removed a few others he saw, without extra cost. I can’t explain how very impressed I was by that! Over the last few years, Dr. Shannon removed more growths (since we could actually afford it). Some of them might have been cancer. But eventually, he confirmed cancer in her lungs that was completely inoperable. Even though I desperately wanted Dr. Shannon to fix my girl, I was impressed that once he realized how extensive it was, he didn’t try to push a bunch of expensive (and likely ultimately ineffective) treatments. Instead, Dr. Shannon provided meds that helped w/pain, temporarily improved her quality of life, and gave us a precious extra 2 months to love her and start to come to terms with the situation. Understand, this was 2 months ON TOP of the several years I believe Dr. Shannon gave us….all because he is willing to operate at prices people could actually afford. He is such a blessing! I’m still grieving my Reba-girl, but when/if we get another dog, Dr. Shannon will most definitely be our vet!“

5370 Hwy 92 Suite 440, Fairburn“Our dogs came to SFPC years ago and just recently came back this year from another corporate run vet clinic. My little guy Peyton was quoted almost 2k for dental work and extractions at the previous clinic. We were quoted much less for the same work and Dr. Nance even saved more of his teeth that the other place wanted to take out. She didn’t shame me for the poor state of his mouth and was very informative and compassionate. Her staff is always vivacious and sweet to me and everyone who walks in the door. Recently my girl Roxy was diagnosed with arthritis and Dr. Nance was very thorough and still very compassionate despite me being a puddle of tears when she told me. She gave me the best outlook on the rest of my “sexy senior’s” life and her telling me it’s “not the quantity but the quality of life that’s important” really helped put things into perspective. Even more recently, Roxy needed diagnostic tests for thirst and frequent urination and everything was explained to me before, during, and after her appointment. Dr. Nance spoke to me personally to voice her concerns and reasons for wanting to do further testing. She loves her patients as her own fur babies and so does her staff. My pups have a name at this office and aren’t just a number. The grooming dept is fantastic as well. They took
Peyton from overgrown mountain man to distinguished gentleman with just a haircut! Surely if we could have our babies covered under our own health insurance a lot of these negative reviews about prices wouldn’t be up here. It’s clear that some of these folks never read their doctor bills in their entirety past what their copay is. It’s also clear that some of these angry reviews don’t read the policies because I know I’m gonna be charged a $7 disposal fee. It’s not that serious. Biohazard waste pickup isn’t free. I suggest getting pet insurance to help cover the costs. If I drop my babies off at 9am, I’m gonna call by at least 1 or 2 if I haven’t heard from them just to get an update. Offices get busy and it’s also the pet parent’s responsibility to check in if you haven’t heard from them before they close. Those folks wanna get home to their families and fur babies too. Be proactive in the care of your pets. In any case, I would recommend SFPC to anyone on the southside who loves their fur baby. Dr. Nance and her wonderful staff definitely hold a special place in my heart for caring for Roxy and Peyton in the most genuine and sincere ways!“

1243 N Peachtree Pkwy, Peachtree City“Loved Irvanna. She was the best and the reason for the 5 stars. I wanted to put 4 but she was so perfect for her job that i can't do her a disservice and minimize that part of my experience with her. I'm good on Dr. Dasari tho. He was very knowledgeable but was a little too rough for me when showing me what was going on with my dog. My dog is so calm she will literally let me put eyes drops in her eye, she gets in the tub herself and everything. I couldn't ask for a better behaved dog so there is no need to be rough with her at all she is super willing to do anything and not fight against it. Even with all that being displayed he was extra forceful when grabbing her head and she whimpered as her tried to force her eye open even after I had already agreed getting the treatment done. I said "I get it. You don't have to convince me. She is uncomfortable so let's just move forward with the treatment." I'm not sure if he thought I had doubts in the treatment because he proceeds to try harder to the point where I have to aggressively remind him to relax I understand what's going on we can move forward. I don't care how much you know about dogs if you can't pickup social cues then you're just a robot. Literally never had her push back from any doctor before so I know all I need to at this point. Irvanna said she was perfect and so well behaved that she gave her extra treats so this isn't a one off situation. Possibly a great doctor but I won't be going back to find out.“

229 Summerlin Blvd, Newnan“I adopted a stray and they were able to see me the next week to get him vaccinated, neutered, and microchipped. They were very friendly and called me with updates throughout the whole process. In addition, Prior to doing any services they provided an itemized statement of the expense for the visit and allowed me to make informed decisions on what services I wanted. They offered their suggestions but I did not feel pressured to pay for any of the additional test. They were also able to schedule me in to bring my secondary cat in for her annual shots the same week. I was afraid my cat would aggress at the doctors and the vet tech but they allowed her to stay in the room with me and administered the shots there with ease. We were in and out within thirty minutes which is great for my shy cat. The doctor and tech were able to answer all my questions regarding weight concerns, food variety, and how to best pair my new stray with my old cat. The reception staff were always very friendly upon check in and check out.“

I am very grateful for the service I received. My puppy was literally dying and they did everything they could to save him. May God bless every hand working on each animal that comes thru there doors. I'm in tears because I am typing this holding my puppy who is still recovering but alive and well. Thanks so much for everything. ????????“

It’s exciting to see this hospital grow! It seems there are a lot of upgrades taking place. A veterinarian that practices holistic medicine and physical therapy is impressive and will be beneficial for patients in the area. I can’t wait to stop by again and see what’s new!!“

“I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the amazing team at Sweetwater Veterinary Hospital who have cared for my beloved Quinnie since 2019. Dr. Gladfelter and Dr. Powell went above and beyond for my Quinnie. Over these years, they have not only been my trusted veterinarians but have truly become a part of our extended family. Corine, Savannah and Dana always loved on my baby just as much as I did. You felt all of their love for animals. The compassion, patience, and professionalism every member of the staff shows—whether during routine visits or critical moments—has made all the difference for Quinnie and for me. The team always remembered Quinnie's unique needs and went above and beyond to ensure she felt safe and loved. There have been times when Quinnie needed extra care, and they handled everything with extraordinary expertise and empathy. The clear explanations, gentle hands, and genuine concern for her comfort allowed me to trust that she was always in the best possible hands. Thank you for treating Quinnie as if she were your own. I am endlessly grateful for your unwavering dedication and support. Especially at end of Quinnie’s journey. I didn’t feel like I was letting my girl go all alone. WE as a family let OUR Quinnie go. It meant more to me than anyone can ever imagine. They are my Vet clinic for life. I wholeheartedly recommend Sweetwater Veterinary Hospital to any pet owner who wants the very best for their furry family members. I love my entire family there forever and always. Thank you! ❤️“
