I get off work at 7am I stayed up so I could be one of the first people at the shop. This is the second time I’ve been there before they open & they arrive late. After I set there for 15 mins after 10am. Mind you I was there at 9:50 so I’ve been sitting 25mins already, the guy that does pedicures pulls up I tell him I’m there for nails. He calls the guy & he tells me he won’t be there for another 40 mins 😡 I could have went to sleep.

One lady drilled too deep into my enamel. So me being nice gave her another chance... she then clipped my skin to close and caused pain. I calmly asked for another tech. whom I can say did great job. She then continued to linger around and speak to the nail tech working with me who informed her of what I told him. So then she began was speaking in her native language and laughing. I let it go! She then returned to the nail tech who was still doing such a great job and said so why didn't the alcohol burn her then which wasn't the point! He was gentle so it didn't hurt and I can tolerate alcohol burn. Just be careful when you get your nails done here. Don't let it be you.Services:...read full review

I tried to give this place not 1 but 2 more chances. Service is super rushed that made me bleed when getting a manicure. Not worth $60 for a gel manicure and reg pedicure.Services: Pedicures
