Just wanted to give a recommendation to A Degree Above HVAC that came out to my house today and helped me out immensely. They came out promptly, they were extremely friendly, and they got my AC working in about 2 hours when other companies tried to sell me overpriced units ranging around 25k. I can’t rave about them enough. They are honest people and go above and beyond for their customers. They’re definitely a degree above in customer service. Dawn Michelle thank you for messaging me and working with my budget bc I know it was low. I appreciate you and your husband from the bottom of my heart and I cannot wait to have a new unit installed: I recommend working with this company any day of the week. Don’t waste your time calling anyone else.
Once again Team Degree Above came through on short notice. Had an issue with a Burt smell coming through the air vents. Upon investigation found a relay burnt to a crisp on the mother board of our furnace. Called Rob at Degree Above at 11pm left message that we urgently needed to get this resolved especially as we care for my father n law needing to make sure he is comfortable. Received a text at 7:30 from Rob who was out of town, and unfortunately Dan was tending to family needs so I was reluctantly going to have to source with Rob’s recommendation another company. 2 minutes later received a text from Dan that he was tooling up and in route “To My Surprise “ . That all said, I must say It truly speaks volumes the level of customer support this company extends. Dan arrived, took care of the issue within 1.5 hrs and was out the door by 10am. A Degree Above is about selling support when it comes to there customers and with that I give them 10 stars⭐️!! Thank you Rob and Thank you Dan for getting us up and running with short notice and lightening speed. You won’t go wrong with this Team!!!
Fantastic job, complete professionalism, prompt and courteous service and he was great with regards to our pets! He makes sure the job is done quickly and correctly! I can't recommend his company enough!
