“SteelCo Buildings has excellent service and excellent people. They had good communication throughout my design and my order. Construction is never without problems. Brad always handled any issues that arose during the construction, such as incorrectly manufactured parts from the factory. He sent replacements in a timely manner and at no cost. Brad always was available by phone or would call me back quickly. He responded to all my emails. He was crucial to the success of my building. After having my gutters damaged by a snow storm, I ordered replacements. They inadvertently sent me the incorrect gutters and fittings, but again, SteelCo corrected the mistake, sent me replacements after several days. Brian agreed to reimburse me for having to pay workers for a second trip back to install the correct gutters. He was able to understand the additional cost I incurred from my point of view and was willing to correct it. I highly recommend buying your next building from SteelCo. They treated me right, and I am very happy with them.“

“I used Keith to repair and stain deck as well as other jobs. I was happy with his work. I had another project and called him again to come out and give me estimates. He and Leslie came out one of my repairs was a leak in my great room. Leslie advised me that I had storm damage to my roof and it needed to be replaced. I contacted my insurance company to have an adjuster to come out being advised by the insurance company that by the adjusters coming out and having made the storm damage claim I would lose my no claim discount. I informed Leslie of this. The adjusters came out and thankfully the roof is sound that the shingles that I have would with stand any storms that are in this area. I was very disappointed that I never heard from Keith and Leslie again. Sorry they chose to treat a former customer this way . I am now seeking other contractors to take care of my other issues and for these reasons I would give Keith Construction 2 Stars!!“
