The level of disrespect from the plumbers who came to work at my home. They didn’t cover any of my furniture or counters. They left a mess. They left handprints on my wall, and all the company can say is let me find out what’s going on and call you back still haven’t gotten my callback from the company.

Came home and noticed I had a water leak coming from my main drain on the outside. I called Newton County Water Department explained that I had no running water in my home the on call service guy came right out with no problem. He informed me that it was a plumbing problem and to get in contact with the warranty company plumbing department. I then reached out to Darrell Young Plumbing Inc. I explained that I had no running water in my home on several messages...I have yet to hear from them 4 hrs later!! So unprofessional and heartless, after my warranty expires business with this company is over!!

Horrible customer service all around. They were sent to my home from my home warranty company. They sent a very rude inexperienced guy who also looks like a meth user. He had no knowledge of simple plumbing codes, and he couldn’t give me any answers when I asked him if the home builder installed my basement plumbing correctly per code. His response was “It looks normal for the work I’ve seen them do” I asked again, is it per the code? His response is “I don’t wanna say anything bad about the company that cuts my check” I asked to speak to his manager and all they did was focus on defending their rude employee.
