Kara got me set up for my Lowes storm door installation and she was great! Very friendly and helpful. Her and Jermaine came out to remove and replace my storm door. I went with one with a retractable screen this time. Jermaine made sure I understood how to do adjustments, and raise and lower the window and screen. That may sound like it should have been self explanatory, but I'm 70 and I greatly appreciated he took the time to make sure I didn't have questions or concerns. Very friendly and patient with my dogs that wanted to just bark. I would highly recommend them.

Luke truly truly went above and beyond to ensure that our storm door was properly and perfectly installed! In spite of mistakes that a separate contractor made! You could tell he treated our home with the same care and integrity that he’d treat his own home. This is the kind of service we all deserve to experience!
