Larry is an amazing man. He is employed by Venture construction as a a property manager. This man goes above and beyond for his clients let me tell you. He helped me and my partner find a amazing rental apartment, and even helped us move in during what would be a busy holiday season. Larry Hubbard, the real estate manager, was more than accommodating during my search for a new home. I had high maintenance requests like virtual tours, extra questions, and remote parts of the process. He was able to get the lease / apartment prepared early to help with an earlier move date. His stellar communication and warmth made the transition so smooth. Even after the 1st week he checked in with us to make sure we were happy with our new home. In fact he still checks in every couple weeks. He is amazing!
