I don't remember the name of the woman who assisted me. However, I can tell you she was pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, very polite, very patient and a pleasure to interact with. This is my third time speaking with her within the past 12 months due to issues with logging into my account due to one reason or another and each time she was very very helpful, polite, professional, a pleasure to speak to, very knowledgeable and if she had difficulty assisting me, she knew where to go or who to get to assist me with my log in issues.
