My commercial properties only use THE OTHER SIDE exclusively for golf course quality results. I have 35yrs of industry experience, 17 of which on semi-private golf courses and Im impressed.

I've used The Other Side for over a year, the first and only lawn service company I'll ever need. They are very easy to work with. I've never had a lawn or lawn service before and they were very patient with me explaining their treatment schedule and they leave a flyer each time they come explaining exactly what they did and what I can expect. They text and let me know when they are arriving so I can lock up the dogs, etc. I had Zoysia sod installed last year in my back yard that previously had no grass and contacted them immediately because I had no idea how to care for it. They gave me watering tips and came and looked and took care of any problem... read full review

After 20 years of owning a home, The Other Side Lawn Service is bar none the best lawn treatment company (I still mow myself) we've ever had. I have referred a couple neighbors recently but my yard is the best advertisement: virtually no Poa Annua or other winter weeds and it's greening up perfectly. There's also a discount for pre-paying for the year.
