Latise and her staff were so friendly and they moved customers along like a well oiled machine, in and out. It was my first visit and she made me feel welcome and was a good communicator. Booking was easy as well and she stayed in contact working up to my appointment with confirmation reminders and desired results. To top it all off, I let her be the artist and she LAID my hair.
