Report showed a picture of the side on my house and stated "concerning conditions". No explanation given; yet property notes state there is no visible exterior termite activity???

The technician made me aware of his arrival time, was prompt, friendly but professional. He answered my questions and explained what he would be doing during this visit and future treatments.
