Soleo Health Atlanta provides exceptional complex specialty pharmacy services and infusion therapy in the comfort of patients' homes or alternate care sites. The dedicated team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, clinical pharmacists, registered nurses, and patient care ambassadors, work together to deliver top-notch care. Patients have praised the team's diligence, empathy, and exceptional competence, particularly the nursing staff. Nurses like Sharon, Donna, and Rakya have been commended for their professionalism, kindness, and ability to make patients feel at ease during their treatment. With their expertise and compassionate approach, Soleo Health Atlanta has earned a reputation for providing one of the best medical experiences, making patients feel grateful and valued.
My first experience with Soleo Health was today for an insfusion for my MS DMT. Was treated very nicely by Lola in Ohio (be sure to let her know since she was new and still learning!) My nurse, Kim, was sure to confirm the appointment and arrived PRECISELY on time. She was very friendly and the infusion went off without a hitch. The overall experience was very easy and pleasant!
I have used a home health company/speciality pharmacy for 3 years now. Dealing with the company and logistics was causing more stress for a person that already has significant medical issues. I switched to Soleo for IVIG and then soon after I switched my TPN, fluids and medicine. I couldn’t believe how much extra stress I had prior to moving to Soleo. I was beginning to think that fighting for what I was prescribed/needed was the norm. Soleo has shown me that is not the case. The nurses are ALL amazing (and I see them for 5 days in a row every 3 weeks). I have not met one nurse that was subpar. From Jennifer, the Regional Business Leader, to Jill, the nurse manager - it is so apparent they care about the person, we aren’t just numbers, we are people that they are providing life sustaining treatments to and they see and understand the magnitude of that. I could go on for days - but I am SO thankful that I found this amazing company. *Edit to add - this is the Norcross location in Georgia.
